Crafty Wonderland Magic!

Holy cow!!!  This was my first time around at the Crafty Wonderland craft fair in Portland and I have to say....favorite show of the year!!!  The creators of the show, Kathy and Tori, actually made attempts to meet the vendors and were great at communicating all the details of the show and showing their appreciation of the vendors.  Super nice, lovely ladies!!  Everyone I met was fantastic and friendly, vendors and customers.  The lighting was great and there was like a mile long line of people camped out waiting to get in about a half hour before we even opened!

It was great fun and I can't wait for the Spring Show they put on.  This show has definitely brought me some creative inspiration.  For now, though, I'm pooped!!

Crafty Wonderland!

Just set up my booth for Crafty Wonderland in Portland!  It was tiring doing it by myself, but I did it :)  I love seeing how others set up their spaces....gives me inspiration to change mine up for next time.  I need a higher sign, like a canvas banner with wood poles or something and i DEFINITELY need a new hand cart!  mine is the worst investment i've ever purchased!

Ok, I'm now working on a smaller headband that doesn't cover the ears, but isn't as ruffly as the ruffle headbands.  We'll see how they go over at the show this weekend.

Also, I have an ad in the Crafty Wonderland flyer!  yippie!

It's a hat factory over here! I'm the only worker though.

Just posted 4 new hats the the etsy store, www.girlwithahook.com.  Now it's time to make more!  Made 2 yesterday, maybe I can keep with that trend.  Oi!  So excited about Crafty Wonderland Sat. and Sun.!

Cold Garage....

I know I should go out into the garage and dye some  more wool tonight.  Then I can rinse it in the morning and get the drying process started.....BUT.....it's so darn cold out there!  It's so nice and warm in my living room with my doggy.....oh what to do.....
